Until the 1997 Hugarian GP; it was one of those car condemn to the anonymous of the midfield with no time to shine, only mentionned when retiring or for joking about Damon Hill being too far in the mirror of its former title rival.
But on that day it started 3rd, the high temperature made everybody on goodyear tyre struggle and it was clear that the Arrows had the better pace and tyre. After dominating the whole race, creating a huge 45s gap to the 2nd, the car slow down with 3 lap to go due to hydraulic faillure. Jacques Villeneuve closed the gap quickly and took the lead in the last lap, passing the Arrows on the grass for the win. Hill manage to get the car to finish 2nd, making it the best result in the team history.
